Privacy
We believe in privacy by design. To provide a reliable service, we only collect the minimal amount of data necessary: your email address (for account creation, processing payments through Stripe, and Magic Link logins). We do not require your name, physical address, or phone number to use BeePass.
No. BeePass VPN has a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, collect, or store your IP address, the websites you visit, or your DNS queries. Because we use the Shadowsocks protocol, your traffic is encrypted and masked, ensuring that even we cannot see your online activity.
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. The only time data is processed is through our secure payment partners (like Stripe, Google, or Apple) to handle your subscription, and they are bound by strict privacy standards.
Account
Creating a Premium account is simple. On the "Choosing Your Plan" screen, tap "Create an Account." Enter your email address, review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and hit sign-up. You'll receive a verification link in your inbox to get started.
First, wait a minute or two and check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still not there, go back to the app and tap "Resend Email." If you still face issues, ensure you entered your email address correctly or contact us at support@beepassvpn.com.
Because your account is tied directly to your email for Magic Link logins, you cannot currently change your email manually within the app. If you need to move your subscription to a new email address, please contact our support team, and we will assist you.
We respect your right to be forgotten. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at support@beepassvpn.com. Once processed, your email and billing history will be permanently removed from our active records.
Billings & Payments
We make it easy to upgrade to Premium. You can pay securely via Google Pay and Apple Pay directly through the app stores. For web-based or direct billing, we support all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
When you choose a Premium plan (Monthly or Yearly), your payment method will be charged at the start of your billing cycle. You will have immediate access to all Premium features, including our full global server list and advanced data monitoring tools.
Yes. To ensure your protection is never interrupted, all BeePass Premium subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of your billing period. You can manage your renewal settings at any time through your Stripe, App Store, or Play Store account settings.
You are in control. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you can cancel directly in your device settings. If you paid via Stripe on our website, you can manage your plan through the link provided in your initial receipt or by contacting support.
To update your card or billing info, simply go to the Subscriptions section of your Apple ID or Google Play account. For direct Stripe payments, you can update your details through the secure billing portal sent to your email.
We want you to be happy with BeePass. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee on all first-time subscriptions.
To request your refund:
- Purchases via Stripe: Contact us via our Telegram helpdesk @beepassvpn_hd_bot or email support@beepassvpn.com. Please include your account email, Order ID, and purchase date.
- App Store: Apple serves as the Merchant of Record for all App Store transactions and manages billing and refund approvals directly. Please submit your request via reportaproblem.apple.com, as Apple handles these requests exclusively, even within our 14-day guarantee period.
- Google Play: For the first 48 hours, please request a refund through your Google Play Order History. If this window has passed but you are still within our 14-day guarantee, email us at support@beepassvpn.com. Please include your Google Play Order Number (GPA.####) and the email address associated with your Google account.
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out to our team. Most connectivity issues can be resolved quickly:
- System Compatibility: For the best experience, please verify that your device is running a supported, up-to-date operating system that meets our minimum requirements.
- Service Resilience: In regions with evolving digital restrictions, "blocking events" or extreme network instability can occasionally impact connectivity. Our team works diligently to monitor these shifts and deploy updates to maintain service access where possible.
- Troubleshooting & Support: If you encounter an issue, our engineers are happy to help restore your access! Please note that if a persistent problem is determined to result from an incompatible system or conditions beyond our control (such as total regional internet shutdowns), we may be unable to offer a refund after the 14-day guarantee period has passed.
The timeline for receiving your funds depends on your original payment provider:
- Stripe (Direct Website Purchases): Once your request is approved, we process the refund within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Google Play (After 48 Hours): If we approve a refund request after the initial 48-hour Google window, we will initiate the refund on our end. From that point, Google Play manages the final return of funds to your account, typically following their standard timeline (usually 3–5 business days for card payments).
Important Note: For your security, all refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase.
App Store (Apple) & Play Store (Google) Subscriptions: According to their platform policies, renewal payments are generally handled by Apple or Google and are non-refundable through us. Please contact Apple or Google Support directly to request a refund.
Direct Stripe Subscriptions: Our 14-day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not cover automatic renewals. All renewal payments are generally non-refundable. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Outside of our initial 14-day guarantee, refund eligibility for the remainder of your term depends on your plan type:
- Annual Plans: We understand circumstances may change. Annual subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for unused months. Please submit your request via our Telegram helpdesk @beepassvpn_hd_bot or email support@beepassvpn.com.
- Monthly Plans: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for monthly subscriptions once the 14-day guarantee period has passed.
You will continue to have full access to all BeePass Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will not be charged for the following period.

Yes. While our standard servers use shared IPs to help you blend in with other users, we offer a Dedicated IP add-on for those who need a consistent online identity.
A Dedicated IP is an address used exclusively by you. It is ideal for avoiding constant "I am not a robot" checks (CAPTCHAs) and for accessing services that require a stable, recognized IP address, such as secure networks or banking apps.

Yes! As a Premium user, you have full access to our global server list. You can manually select a location from our dashboard to optimize your connection for specific regions like the UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, Türkiye, India, and more.
Absolutely. There are no limits on server switching. If a location feels slow, simply disconnect and select another server to refresh your connection.

Our service is built on the principle of Data Minimization. BeePass is engineered to operate using only the bare minimum data required, ensuring your digital footprint remains private.
- Your activity is private: We never log the websites you visit, the services you access, or any aspect of your online behavior.
- Your identity is shielded: We do not store the IP address assigned to you by your internet service provider.
- What we monitor: To maintain high speeds and server health, we only track "Platform usage data"—specifically, the total bytes transferred and the country you are connecting from. This data is aggregated and anonymized so it cannot be linked back to you.
BeePass complies with valid legal processes while protecting user privacy to the fullest extent possible under the law.
- Technical limitation: Due to our no-logs architecture, we have no records of your browsing history or original IP address. We cannot provide information that we never collected or stored.

BeePass uses "stealth" technology to help your connection blend in with regular web traffic, making it harder for networks to detect or block. However, in some regions, using an independent VPN is restricted or considered a "gray area." While our encryption shields your activity from your ISP and government, using these tools is a personal decision based on your local situation. We recommend staying informed about your local laws and remember that a VPN does not provide anonymity if you log into personal accounts like social media.
